1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and Personix (hereinafter referred to as the “Bot”), which provides avatar generation services based on uploaded photos.

3.2. The validity period of purchased generations is unlimited.

● providing legal content for generation;
● complying with the terms of use of the Bot.

● the quality of photos uploaded by the User, which affects the generation result;
● the use of generated avatars by third parties;
● the inability to generate avatars due to failure to meet photo upload requirements;
● temporary unavailability of services caused by technical failures, server outages, or payment system interruptions, as well as generation results disrupted by third-party services.

5.3. The Bot does not store generated avatars, which are only available in the conversation with the Bot. The User is responsible for saving the results obtained. If the conversation is deleted, restoring the materials is impossible.

5.2. The Bot reserves the right to amend the terms of the Agreement and its functionality, adding or removing features at its discretion. The User will be notified of such changes through the Bot interface or Telegram chat. Changes take effect upon their publication.

5.1. This Agreement comes into effect upon its acceptance by the User.

3.6. The User is prohibited from using generated avatars for illegal purposes or to insult others.

3.5. The Bot is not responsible for the inability to generate an avatar due to the failure to meet photo upload requirements.

3.4. To obtain a quality avatar, on the basis of which generations will be created by the Bot, the uploaded photos must meet the following requirements:

● The photo must include only the User.
● Photos with extreme emotions are not allowed; only mild smiles are acceptable.
● Photos with different angles and varied clothing are required.
● Good lighting is necessary for quality results.

3.1. To use the Bot’s services, the User must pay for the required number of generations. Once the purchased generations are exhausted, a new package must be purchased to continue using the services.

2.1. The Bot is obliged to provide image generation services based on the created avatars within the purchased number of generations.

1.2. The User is required to read the Agreement before using the Bot. Using the Bot implies the User’s full agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
