1.1. This Refund Policy governs the procedure for refunds for services provided by the Personix Bot.
2.2. Refunds are only possible for unused generations.
3.2. When contacting support, the user must provide:
● All paid generations have been used;
● The user has violated the terms of the User Agreement.
● The order number or other details to identify the purchase;
● A description of the reason for the refund;
● Proof of payment.
